Gloria Garner Street at Delaware Avenue is closed due to the City of Knoxville's Lonsdale Improvement project. Route 12, Western Avenue, will be on a long-term detour. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.
Outbound from Texas Avenue, right on Pascal Drive, left on Sherman Street to the regular route.

Due to inclement weather, Route 12, Western Avenue, is on a SEVERE SNOW ROUTE starting at the 9:15 AM line-up. The Road Supervisors are monitoring and will update with changes as needed.
