Due to construction at the Hilton, Church Avenue at Locust Street is closed. Route 42, Hospital, is on a short-term detour from 5 AM to approximately 4 PM. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.
Outbound from Church Avenue, left on Gay Street, right on Cumberland Avenue, right on 11th Street, left on Clinch Avenue to the regular route.
Inbound from Locust Street, left on Main Street, left on State Street, right on Church Avenue into the Knoxville Station.
