To protect the safety of everyone, trains will travel as far as possible and hold at stations until it is safe to resume service. The accessibility ramp at Langstaff GO is temporarily out of service until further notice due to an operational issue. If you require the accessibility coach at Langstaff GO, here’s what you need to know: - Shuttle service is available between 06:00- 08:30 and 16:00 - 19:40.- Call 416-398-2222 and dial ‘0’ to book a shuttle.- Note: Dignity Shuttle services must be booked 48 hours in advance.- If you’re travelling south towards Union Station; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Old Cummer GO.- If you’re travelling north toward Bloomington; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Richmond Hill GO.- If you’re travelling to Langstaff GO; Exit the train at Old Cummer or Richmond Hill GO, to access your prearranged Dignity shuttle.
The entrance from the Bay Concourse to the Scotiabank Galleria will be closed Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 due to construction.Please exit via the north pedestrian bridge or the outdoor route through the Bay South Teamway.
