The only available spots for this lot will be three ADA parking spots. This closure will last the duration of this project phase. We expect this phase to be completed in December 2026. We encourage drivers to use the existing Kent garage at W Smith St and 1st Ave N.

The surface lot closure will remain in effect until construction of the new parking garage on Harrison Street is complete.
New parking spaces will become available adjacent to the new garage beginning Monday, Oct. 12. Alternative parking is also available at the Puyallup Station parking garage and surface lot.

This work will take place outside the west entrance of 77th Ave SE. The sidewalk will be closed to northbound traffic during working hours, including the drop-off/pick-up location.
The sidewalk to the north of this entrance will be closed for the duration of the project, so passengers can only access this entrance from the south.
Route: 2 Line-Lynnwood - Downtown Redmond
Passengers can continue to park in the garage and access Kent Sounder Station throughout construction.
This project will repair and improve the garage’s concrete structure to help maintain a safe and reliable facility for riders.
Parking Level 5 is now open, and work on Level 4 is scheduled to begin October 13. Please remain aware of construction activities and follow all posted signage when entering or moving through the garage.

2 Line trains will still operate every 16 minutes between Judkins Park and Downtown Redmond stations.

Route: 2 Line-Lynnwood - Downtown Redmond
On Monday, Oct. 19, and Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 11 p.m. to the end of service each night, 1 Line trains will share one track at Pinehurst and Shoreline South/148th stations due to planned maintenance. All trains will serve the Lynnwood City Center-bound side of the platform.
1 Line trains will also share one track between University of Washington and Roosevelt stations.
Additionally, shuttle buses will replace 2 Line trains between International District/Chinatown and Judkins Park stations for track maintenance. 2 Line service will operate between Downtown Redmond and Judkins Park.
Passengers traveling toward Lynnwood City Center Station may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
