Inbound train #3702, scheduled to depart Media Station at 7:16 a.m., will originate from Clifton-Aldan Station until further notice to accommodate intermediate travel to Center City due to ongoing equipment shortages. Inbound train #512, scheduled to depart Wayne Station at 7:24 a.m., will originate from Bryn Mawr Station until further notice to accommodate intermediate travel to Center City due to ongoing equipment shortages. It will not make Station stops at Wayne, St. Davids, Radnor, Villanova, or Rosemont.

Riders should expect crowded conditions, skipped stations, delays and cancellations as Regional Rail trains undergo large-scale federally mandated inspections. Due to vandalism, the waiting room is not available at West Trenton Station until further notice. Use the SEPTA Transit Watch App to discreetly report suspicious activity directly to the police. The app can send pictures, text messages, and locations of suspicious people or activities. Riders can also send reports anonymously.

Terminal E Center Platform elevator is out of service until further notice. SEPTA passengers do not have elevator access at that platform until repairs are complete. Stairs and escalators remain accessible at Terminal E Center Platform. Signage is posted near the platform to direct passengers to alternate elevators.

Due to Amtrak substation upgrades at Bryn Mawr Station, 19 spots in the parking lot are unavailable until further notice. Check for posted signs at the station lot.

The down escalator at Jefferson Station at 12th Street from the entrance of the Convention Center down to the Mezzanine leading to the Regional Rail concourse is out of service. Riders are advised to use the elevator or adjoining stairs.

Due to maintenance repairs at Chester Transit Center, the outbound elevator (toward Wilmington) is out of service until further notice. ADA passengers who need to board at this station should call 833-542-3200 to arrange transportation.

Due to Amtrak bridge work, riders should board all outbound (towards Wilmington) trains on the inner track at Highland Ave., Chester Transit Center and Eddystone stations until Friday, November 21. Passengers must use the wooden walkway to board trains.

Due to station improvements and parking lot construction, only 10 parking spaces (including 1 ADA spot) are currently available. Additionally, no overnight parking is allowed at Chestnut Hill East Station until construction is completed.

The parking lot at Primos Station will be closed on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24. Please be sure your car is removed by Wednesday evening to avoid towing and/or fines. Check for posted signs at the station lot.

From Saturday, October 25 at 11 pm through Sunday, October 26 at 2 pm, passengers must board all trains on the inbound platforms at Temple University and North Broad stations.

Inbound train #5229 will terminate service at Fortuna Station due to mechanical issues. The next train to Center City will be #5231.
