Effective Saturday, Dec. 6, the following service changes begin on Route 827.
New route 827 replaces Route 852 with service along Marshall St. NE and East River Rd. in northeast Minneapolis and Fridley.
Route will serve Foley Park & Ride and Anoka Station on weekdays.
Service frequency will be increased to every 60 minutes on weekdays and Saturdays.
Service between downtown Minneapolis and Foley Park & Ride will be every 30 minutes during morning and afternoon rush hours.

Northbound Route 4 buses that end in downtown will travel on Hennepin Ave to 2nd St N, left on 2nd St N, right on 1st Ave, right on 1st St N and will layover on 1st St N & Hennepin Ave (eastbound).
Southbound Route 4 buses that begin in downtown will depart the layover on eastbound 1st St N & Hennepin Ave, turn right on Hennepin Ave, and resume regular route.
