While Knox County schools are in session, Route 40, South Knoxville, will be on a long-term detour, for the 2:15 trip, INBOUND ONLY, Monday through Friday.
Inbound from Moody Avenue, continue straight into Sevierville Pike, left on Compton Street, left on Haywood Avenue, left on Cottrell Street, left on Wynn, right on Moody Avenue to the regular route.
Route: 40 South Knoxville
Gloria Garner Street at Delaware Avenue is closed due to the City of Knoxville's Lonsdale Improvement project. Route 12, Western Avenue, will be on a long-term detour until further notice. The Road Supervisors will monitor and recheck at the beginning of April.
Outbound from Texas Avenue, right on Pascal Drive, left on Sherman Street to the regular route.

Due to construction, South Haven is closed, just past Minnis Avenue, Route 40 will be on detour. This detour will be in effect from Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM, until further notice. The Road Supervisors will monitor and give updates.
Outbound from South Haven Road, right on Minnis Avenue, left on Oak Grove Street, right on Trotter Avenue, right on Sevier Avenue, to the regular route. Will reverse coming back inbound.
Please catch the bus at Trotter at Sevier.
Route: 40 South Knoxville
Due to KUB construction, Chickamauga Avenue at Metler Street is closed. Route 24, Inskip, is on a short-term detour until around 5 PM. The Road Supervisors are monitoring and will update as needed.
Outbound from Chickamauga, left on McMurry Street, right on Cedar Avenue, right on Coram Street, left on Chickamauga to the regular route. Will reverse coming back inbound.
Route: 24 Lincoln Park/Inskip
Due to construction, Willow Avenue at the Covenant Health Baseball Stadium is congested with cement trucks for a few hours. Route 1, Downtown Connector, is on a short-term detour. The Road Supervisors are monitoring and will update as needed.
Outbound from Summit Hill, left on Central Street, left on Depot Avenue, to the regular route for inbound.
