- There will be no service to Wellesley Farms or Lansdowne stations.

- This allows for culvert upgrade work.

- A diversion schedule will be in effect.

There is no accessible path connecting the inbound and outbound platforms at Wellesley Square Station. The existing path includes steep slopes and is long. Designs are underway to provide for a fully compliant pathway. Started Fri Feb 28 2025
There are accessible mini-high platforms at the Western end of both the Track 1 and Track 2 sides. However, the existing pedestrian path between the two sides is long and includes steep slopes, especially on the Crest Road bridge over the tracks. Designs are underway to provide for a fully compliant pathway.
The new Fall/Winter Schedule will go into effect on Monday, October 27th with seasonal and on-time performance adjustments. The schedule for all lines are available on MBTA.com now and at Boston hub stations soon. Started Mon Oct 27 Until Mon Nov 10
Holiday service:
On Thursday, November 27th, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day), Thursday, December 25th, 2025 (Christmas Day), Thursday, January 1st, 2026 (New Year’s Day), and Monday, February 16th, 2026 (President’s Day) all lines will operate on a weekend schedule.

On Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 (Veterans' Day), Friday, November 28th, 2025 (Day after Thanksgiving), Monday, January 19th, 2026 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), and Monday, April 20th, 2026 (Patriot’s Day), all lines will operate on a regular weekday schedule.
