Rt 1 Detour Hillcrest Farmers Market Every Sun Started Sun Jan 26 2025 Until Sun Dec 27
Due to the Hillcrest Farmers Market University Avenue will be closed in both directions from Herbert St to Park Bl every Sunday from 5:00am-5:30pm starting on 1/26 to 12/28. As a result, the route 1 will be on detour and the eastbound route 1 stop on University Ave at Herbert St (#10494) and the westbound route 1 stops on University Ave at Normal St (#10865), University Ave at Richmond St (#10862) and University Ave at Vermont St (#11254) will be closed. Passengers are advised to board the eastbound route 1on University Ave at Richmond St (#10114) or at Park Bl at University Ave (#12804) and the westbound route 1 on Park Bl at University Ave (#11675) or University Ave at 9th Ave (#10854).

Due to construction, the routes 1 & 11 bus stop located at westbound University Av & Richmond St (#10862), will be closed 05/09/26- 07/31/26 (24/7).

Passengers are advised to catch all routes at University Av & Normal St (#10865)
Route 838 temporary stop closure Started Mon Jun 1 Until Fri Oct 2
Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.
