You can contact us six days a week! We've added customer service hours on Saturdays and extended hours on weekdays. Kingston Transit will be updating our office hours (questions / lost & found) to the below:

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Kingscourt Avenue closed between First and Concession from start of day Tuesday, September 2 until further notice due to construction. Route 16 to detour in both directions via Third and Nelson. Following stops are out of service:

- Stop 00243 Kingscourt / Third (east side)
- Stop 00372 Kingscourt / Concession (east side)

Please use the following alternate stops during this time:

- Temporary stop at Third / Kingscourt (south side)
- Stop 00369 Concession / Victoria (south side)
- Stop 00762 Concession / MacDonnell (north side)

No Route 16 service to stop 09155 Concession / Nelson north side, Route 32 continues to service this stop. Started Wed Aug 27
