Route 961: Temporary Detour Started Wed Nov 13 2024 Until Fri Nov 28
On Sunday, December 1, 2024, due to road construction and traffic concerns, the Route 961 going to Norfolk will detour via Emancipation Dr. to the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Also, stop # 5463 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd & Shelter) currently serviced by the Route 115 will now also be serviced by the 961 going to Norfolk.

Routes 45 and 960- Saint Pauls & Charlotte Stop Service Adjustment Started Thu Feb 27 Until Wed Dec 31
Due to construction, the stop at 0003 Saint Pauls & Charlotte cannot be serviced for the Route 45, 960, and 961. Until further notice, customers will need to board/alight at the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center.
