Starting Monday, July 7 at 7 a.m. through Saturday, July 12 at 5 p.m., southbound lanes of McLaurin Street @ Children's Way N.W. will be closed for construction. Route 8 will be detoured.
Southbound buses will be travelling:
- From south on 39 Street N.W.
- East on University Avenue N.W.
- South on Warren Street N.W.
- West on Physical Plant Road N.W.
- South on McLaurin Street N.W. returning to regular route
The following stops will be temporarily closed:
- SB McLaurin ST @ University AV NW (#4270)
- Alberta Children’s Hospital Station (#3495)
Please use one of the following stops in lieu of the closed stops:
- SB 39 ST NW @ Kovitz AV NW ¿ farside
- SB McLaurin ST NW @ Oki DR NW ¿ farside**

Starting Friday, July 11 through Tuesday, July 15 (only between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.), right hand lane closures will be in effect on northbound 39 Street between University Avenue - Kovitz Avenue N.W. Route 8 will have a stop closure.
The following stop will be temporarily closed:
- NB 39 ST NW @ University AV (#2804)
A temporary stop will be placed 113m north of the closed stop.
